The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is to create a business plan for the establishment of a studio for yoga classes. The thesis consist of several parts, theoretical, analytical and practical. In the theoretical part are defined the basic terms. In the analytical part is analyzed the current situation in the market. The practical part is focused on the bussines plan for the establishment of the yoga studio.
Marketing Mix of a Registered Association

In this thesis I focus on the issue of the marketing mix of registered association. I split it into three main chapters. The first chapter is theoretical. Here I define elementary concepts, marketing mix, as such analysis necessary for analytical chapter. Second part of my Bachelor thesis solve the issue of the marketing mix of the accociation itself. It analyse and evaluate actual situation. In the third final part I suggest new solutions for the marketing mix of the registered association and its improvements.

This diploma thesis is focused on creating a business plan for establishing a yoga center, which will be located in the district of Brno-Žebětín.The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of business, strategic analysis and creation of business plan for a new company. The analytical part consists of SLEPT analysis, Porter's five forces model, marketing research and SWOT analysis. The proposal part includes the structure of the business plan, in which the design of business model, marketing plan, financial plan, time schedule and risk analysis are worked out.

Title: Comparison of the health effects of shirshasana in popular science literature and in scientific studies Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to conduct a detailed analysis and compare the cited contraindications and effects of shirshasana in popular science literature and scientific studies. Methods: The bachelor's thesis utilizes the method of review and comparative analysis in available scientific studies and popular science literature. The selection of scientific articles was carried out from the PubMed database and the web search engine Google Scholar. Results: Popular science literature often presents numerous positive effects of shirshasana on the human body as a whole and on specific organ systems. However, most of these effects lack explanations or scientific evidence. Headstand contraindications are addressed in most popular science books, primarily through simple listing. The number of contraindications, like the effects of shirshasana, significantly varies among different authors. Scientific studies predominantly focus on the general effects of yoga, leaving the effects of shirshasana largely unexplained. This thesis deals with the effect of yoga therapy on exercise tolerance, quality of life, dynamic lung parameters, respiratory muscle strength and mental state of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The aim of this thesis is to summarize the existing knowledge about the effect of yoga and yoga therapy on the health status of COPD patients, to develop a proposal for a specific yoga therapy, to elaborate this therapy into a patient information material and to verify its effect practically in a case study of a COPD patient. The theoretical part deals with the basic principles of yoga, description of COPD, development of a summary of current knowledge on the effect of yoga therapy on the health status of patients with this disease and design of a specific yoga therapy. The practical part is presented in the form of a case report of a COPD patient who underwent a 13week yoga intervention. Martina Havlová Title: Solving respiratory dysfunctions caused by long Covid using combination of physiotherapeutic tools and yoga principles Abstract: This thesis deals with the possibilities of physiotherapy intervention combined with the principles of yoga in patients with long Covid with respiratory dysfunctions. The theoretical part contains a comprehensive overview of the issues of long Covid. It deals with its terminology, epidemiology, risk factors, and multisystem clinical symptoms. Furthermore, this thesis focuses on the treatment of long Covid and the possibilities of physiotherapeutic intervention, mainly through respiratory physiotherapy. Selected exercises and techniques of respiratory physiotherapy as well as selected yoga positions and techniques suitable for dealing with long Covid are described in more detail. This work aims to find out the possibilities of physiotherapy intervention in patients with long Covid suffering from respiratory dysfunctions, and to create educational material in the form of a booklet of exercises and techniques for self-therapy. The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a recreational area in the village of Ostravice. The recreational complex with a focus on yoga enriches the village with another possible way of recreation. The complex includes a yoga studio with 2 halls and a room for massages, a main building with a restaurant and accommodation, cabins and a wellness centre with a connection to the biotope. The aim of the design is to combine yoga and the beautiful, peaceful environment of the Beskydy Mountains.
Effect of yoga practice on subjectively perceived medical condition

This bachelor thesis focuses on the influence of yoga on the subjectively perceived health status of practitioners. The theoretical part briefly describes the system of yoga, including its history, the most commonly practiced styles and the eight limbs of yoga. In addition, the theoretical part contains a description of the effects of yoga on the organism of healthy individuals, but also its use in various diagnoses. I also focused on the risks of practicing yoga, including various injuries or pain. Furthermore, I briefly described the possibility of using yoga in physiotherapy and the recommendations for practicing yoga from the perspective of a physiotherapist. In the practical part I processed the results of the questionnaire survey. The effect of practicing yoga on health status was described as positive, however, if the approach is correctly chosen and sufficiently individual. If these recommendations are followed and the yoga is practiced under qualified supervision or after proper training, there may be no adverse effects for practitioners.
